You may well find that your budget is too small for them and it may be better to work with a smaller fit-out company where your project will be a ‘bigger fish’ and you get the attention you deserve.

Ask to see their portfolio of work and get feedback and reviews from past clients. It’s important that not only the quality of work is good, but that they are also a reliable and trustworthy company to work with.

Relationship & Rapport
